Veterans Aid is happy to provide informed comment on news issues relevant to its activities where this does not interfere with its core business – i.e. providing point of need aid to homeless veterans .

Expertise:

• VA's Chief Executive Officer is chairman of the Ex Services Action Group (ESAG ), a Gulf War veteran and the holder of a doctorate in the causes and solutions to homelessness in the military community.

• VA's Chairman and President commanded the Welsh Guards during the Falklands Conflict.

• VA draws on the dedicated services of a barrister, military psychiatrist, social and outreach workers, members of the international academic community and a professional alcohol counsellor.
